Today working on a new art project inside one of @downtownlynchburg most iconic buildings.
Built in 1912 - 242 Cleveland Ave is one of the oldest homes we have ever restored. After stripping it down to the original studs we have fully insulated the entire house, replaced the windows, and we are about to start sealing her back up. Stay tune

A concrete shower - we tested this “old world” style process in the Farmhouse Apartment - membrane, lathe and the right mortar mix. Even the shower pan is just sealed concrete. We love the texture and movement.
